Level 1
Internal 15
External 160

Level 2
Internal 18
External 165

Default metric (without a reference bandwidth)
0 for the loopback
10 for all other interfaces

2-step configuration:

Under the interfaces hierarchy:
Enabling CLNS
Configure the NET address on the loopback

Under the protocols hierarchy:
Configure the routing options (L1/L2)
Determine the interfaces that will participate on IS-IS

set protocols isis interfaces [INT]
set protocols isis interfaces [INT]
